We couldn’t be any happier. As you know when we purchased this house one year ago, it was a little bit challenging, especially the backyard. The house was a foreclosure with a built-in pool that had a collapsed wall and pavers all over the place. You came into my yard with a vision and made it happen! Your price was very reasonable and you finished the job in just three days! You are a smart businessman and I’m sure you have a busy and bright future ahead! Simply put, Flawless Masonry made our dreams a reality. I can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic job that they completed for my family, from start to finish. I write this review 2 years after they wrapped up the project, and while I have been meaning to write it for ages, it seems more meaningful now that we have enjoyed the full fruits of their labor for a couple of summers now.

They created a beautiful poolscape around my in-ground pool, and the attached firepit is not only visually stuffing, it’s also a great place to spend evenings year-round. When the pool is open the reflection of the fire in the pool also adds to the ambiance.

We did enhance their work with some nice landscaping including flowers, bushes and mulch. When we had a party last summer we received compliments from just about everyone who had not previously seen the backyard. We enjoy our backyard oasis so many days and nights of the year and can’t thank those guys enough. Devin, Mike, James and Adam do a great job and I would (and do) highly recommend them to anyone.

Three weeks before a new siding installation, my husband and I decided that we should first replace our old front steps. I had found an ad for Flawless Masonry in a local circular, so I decided to check out their website. I was immediately impressed with the number of pictures and variety of beautiful projects they had completed, so I decided to call for an estimate.

I first called Flawless on a Sunday, figuring I would leave a message for them to return on Monday. However, a live person answered and my appointment was set that day for later in the week!

Devin came to our home and explained how we could obtain a high-end cultured stone look using affordable Cambridge paving stones. There was no pressure and his price quote was so reasonable that we decided to do our steps, walkway and driveway! Devin even met me at a stone yard the next day so that I could see samples of the pavers and the various colors.

Flawless arranged the demolition and installation around our schedule. The whole process took just over two days and even with weather delays, Devin made sure the job was completed in plenty of time before our siding contractors came in.

Our experience with Flawless Masonry was outstanding from a great price to exceptional service, but by far the best part are the results! We now have a grand 8×6 front landing with contrasting steps and sidewalls, and a beautiful walkway and driveway. Flawless did what they promised and exceeded our expectations. We truly could not be happier and would highly recommend them to our best friends and family.
